1. Under the heading Analysis Packages Offered by Laboratory, enter the names of the lab analytical packages (metals, for example). If this is a new package, you will see a blank record automatically added to the bottom of this list for the next package. (metals, for example).
2. Select the labs preferred bottle type from the drop down list, the required preservative (new preservatives can be typed in), and if the sample must be field filtered. This information is provided on the field sampling forms such that field staff know the correct procedures for each sample and is all required information.
Note: If the bottle you require is not on the list, you must go to the Bottle form and add it to the end of the list. For the bottle to now appear on the Laboratories form, you must close and re-open the Laboratory form.
