1. Ensure the By Program tab is selected and press the Add New Program button. The cursor will position itself to receive a new program name.
2. Type the name of the new program.
3. Type start and end dates of program (using the date format indicated (dd-mmm-yy, 01-Jan-00 would be entered for January 1, 2000.) The start and end dates are used by the system to generate a file of projected sampling dates for each program. These dates are used to constrain the list of sampling dates.
4. Enter an optional description of the sampling program.
5. Press the Register button.
Note: Upon registering the new sampling program, you may need to reselect the new program name to continue.
