Interval and parameter groups are useful tools when performing such tasks as manual data entry and reporting. Grouping allows the user to create a subset of intervals or parameters that can be saved and then later used to quickly pull up the subset. Using groups in the manner is especially userful since an interval (or parameter) can be in more than one group.
