The installation of SiteFX is fully automated. To begin the installation:
From CD
With the computer booted into windows,
insert the CD. On some CD’s an installation menu will appear
automatically. This menu will direct
you to the options you should select.
If the installation menu does not appear:
Þ Click on the Start button on the Windows task bar and select Run
Þ at the prompt, type the following: d:\setup ...then click OK. Substitute the correct drive letter if d: is not your CDROM drive.
If the setup menu can not be found:
Þ Search for the SiteFX97setup.exe or SiteFX2000setup.exe file on the CD. Use the 97 version for use with Access97 and the 2000 version for use with Access2000/2002. To begin the installation, double click on this file (or press the Enter key while the file is highlighted.)
From Website
The file that you download from the website needs to be executed in order to place the SiteFX program files on your computer. To execute the file, search for the file using a program such as Windows Explorer or My Computer and double click on the file.
Installation Options
Once the installation begins, you will be given an opportunity to change the default setup settings. Unless you are comfortable changing these settings, just hit the next through each of the setup steps.
